Enjoy gentle, or, moderate level movement and yoga classes in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Explore a wide range of easy does it physical movements including a variety of pilates, somatics, yoga postures and breathing exercises which offer a moderate physical work out.
These help to strengthen, stretch, release stress and energize the body/mind opening channels to the treasure of spirit within you. The practice takes you from a purely physical exercise workout into an authentic meditation-in-motion yoga experience.
Every unique class is skillfully led and concludes with a guided meditative relaxation which temporarily elevates you out of your ordinary thinking mind and puts you directly in touch with your peaceful inner Being. These moving meditation practices are deeply integrative.
Classes are guided by a yoga teacher with 40 years of experience and an ongoing interest in the evolution of yoga.
Practices are between 1:00 and 1:20 minutes in length and can be accessed anytime during the purchased period on a private u-tube channel.
