Fall Programs

Enjoy gentle, or, moderate level movement and yoga classes in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Explore a wide range of easy does it physical movements, yoga postures and breathing exercises which offer a moderate physical work out. These will help to release stress from the body/mind and open channels leading to a treasure of energy that lies within you.  


Every class concludes with a deep guided meditative relaxation which puts you directly in touch with your peaceful inner Being.


Classes are 1.25 hour in length and can be accessed anytime throughout the 10 week program.
